In early days when cosmetic surgeon were seeking the way to improve the quality of hair transplant. They came with so many new ways to improve this surgery and tried their level best to transform it with natural value. So from the 1960s into the mid 1990s, transplanted hair seemed very far from the natural appearance. The main reason was that surgeons used unnaturally large-appearing hair grafts consisting of 10-25 hairs each. But we can say that the era we had is over. Hair naturally grows in 1-4 hair follicular groupings.
